Go see a doctor my dude
Get some drynites nappies. I had them for bedwetting but speaking from experiance they can be used for diarrhoea as well. I know its not ideal but it is better to wake up in full nappy rather than a soiled bed!
Adult diapers. And start eating eggs, they'll bind you.
