Conversion Course or Start from Scratch :S

Hi All,

So I'm due to start a top up year in Civil Engineering In september as i currently hold a HND in this subject, in the hope to start a conversion course in psychology msc the year after but I'm now considering other options. Would I be better off starting from scratch and doing Maths, Biology And Psychology A-Levels then a degree etc. Or is there even a third option I have not considered !!
