Possible STI??
Last year I was tested positive for chlamydia and got treatment. I had protected sex within the week (I know stupid) with my partner who was also getting treated. Never got tested again after that......
Now I have been feeling unwell for the past few weeks and went to the doctors. She took a urine sample and used a dipstick test. The nurse said there were signs of infection in the urine so sent it off to the lab.
I was freaking out and asked if it could be an STI but she said no. She didn't know my history though.
What are the chances that this is still chlamydia that I had a year ago? Would it show up in a dipstick test?
