Esl igcse may june 2019

I hope all of you are doing well!
I just have a trivial enquiry that needs to be cleared as soon as possible, which i9s regarding the changes to the English as a second language syllabus 2019.
In the specimen paper, the last question is about a report, a new style of question to be introduced in the exams starting from MJ 2019, HOWEVER, I don't even have a single idea how a report is written. Could u please supply me with some resources which will aid me somehow? Any guides, please? Thanks in advance
