London South Bank Uni good for mechanical engineering??

Hey, I was looking at a uni ranking table for mechanical engineering the other day and I noticed that London South Bank university has gone up 30 places this year!! I know past reviews have said it isn’t a very good uni but I would like to know from anyone who studied last year what it was like. They must have done some drastic improvements to move up that much.
