Approaching a classy Pakistani Hijabi

How do i approach a Hijabi Pakistani girl? I go to a college mixed with lots of Asians that would litterly **** each other off the whole day and wont respect anyone or anything however this girl she is classy and she knows it. She is usually with friends and is not loud or tryna get attention. She litterly does her own thing. I dont really know what to do or say we dont have the same lessons as her we do diffrent things we always lock eyes. I get dazed quite litterly so i have to avoid looking at her. Something got to do with her eyes im not too sure here. Her friend has approached me a few weeks ago and said that the girl in question likes me. Im not too good at making new friends or breaking the ice could someone assist?

The proportion of Hijabies dating guys or chilling with them is quite high here. And she used to socialise with some male but you could tell that they wernt on her level. Like imagine this a classy girl chilling with a guy that still plays knock door run on teachers classrooms. I knew him he got to her first and our mutal firend used to chat to her years ago

This is also something iv taken on. I go to college not a marriage centre and i usually just stay on my ones or with friends but i am known to be talk to whomever if they start the conversation i can talk to girls normally etc however this one i just cant. And her circle group is the "hottest" girls in the college type of thing.

If it gets out she's been dating and taking penis she might be ostracised/shunned by her family and friends and possibly even disowned

although that's not gonna effect OP too much in the grand scheme of things so perhaps he will not care..
