sleeping troubles
I live at home for uni and wake up everyday at 6am.but there are men outside my house that make a lot of noise till like 2am. I want to complain to the police but I don't want them knocking on my door and asking me why I complained. They are drunks and pervs.

Are these men neighbours?
You can make a complaint over the phone to police anonymously, so if it is causing a big problem, do something about it.
