Contacted by a recruitment company?

Hi everyone,

I received an e-mail today from a company called Advanced Resource Managers. They advertise themselves as a "specialist recruitment company" that wants to "support [me] with [my] career growth".

I have a couple of questions:

1. Why have they contacted me?
2. If I were to follow through with them, would I be required to pay for their services?
3. Is this something I should consider?

Thanks.

What career stage are you? if you are a recent graduate without any specialist career profile, then it's very unlikely the relationship will be beneficial for you.

I'm currently in KS5.

Sounds like they sent a generic email out to lots of people hoping to get more people onto their books, especially if you haven't even finished school yet.

You never pay a recruitment company - the employer pays them.
