Then you need to fo to the website and find a course that interests you.

You then need to check the entrance requirements and see if you meet the qualification grades they need.

You also need to consider their requirements for English language proficiency. Normally the IELTs academic for UK vi taken via the British council. You would need that to have the uni accept you and to et your visa.

If you believe you meet the grades then you can apply like any other student through the UCAS system.They deal with the administration of applications an offers. You can apply for 5 unis.

I would just like to add besides need the grades and a visa you also need to be able to afford to study in the UK. Education is not free and it can be expensive.
You will need to prove you can pay for the course and support yourself for the course. This will be c £50,000+ over three years. There are very few scholarships and you will not be entitled to UK government grants.

I will assume you really did mean Birmingham City rather than just Birmingham University.
