What are the Enabling Services like? Do they support people with severe/long-standing mental illness well?

The enabling services team are really down to Earth and friendly.
They deal with all sorts of needs of students including mental illness and try to speak with students individually to get to know them and suit their requirements.
They also run events and remind you of helpful things such as dealing with extra time for exams or extenuating circumstances :smile:

They'll also be able to help refer you to any other services the Uni provides that you may be interested in :yy:

If you are interested in accommodation at the Uni, enabling services do work with the accommodation team to ensure that you get a room most suited to you and your needs etc :yep:
