are 9s realistic for me?

for my gcses, I'm aiming for 10 grade 9s as i want to go into medicine and hopefully into oxford. Recently got my mock grades back:
Maths- 7
French-5
chemistry-8
bio-8
physics-8
religeous studies-8
language-8
liturature-8
citizenship-7
art-7
further maths- A
History- 9
Geography- 7

can i please get advise on how to revise for subjects that i didnt get a grade 9 or 8 in ( french, geography, maths (and further maths), citizenship)

im raelly happy with my mocks, but there are lots of room to improve, hopefully i can get useful feed back,
