Psychology with Child development and Education

Hey! I'm considering applying at Solent University for course Psychology with Child development and Education, but so far I haven't got much information about this course.... Also many people have told me that Solent is specialised in art sciences rather than Psychology and Health courses, so I was just hoping that here you could help me to figure this out.
