What are your thoughts on 3 points that should be discussed based on this topic:
Should schools include meditation breaks during the day?

1. is there any evidence regarding the benefits of meditation?
2. can the school make the adjustments to fit those breaks in: dedicated room, supervision, able to pay for instructor, etc.
3. is this something sustainable long-term? do students actually want this or following the trends?
