Mistoria Lettings Agency Salford

Have any student tenants in Salford or Manchester had any problems with this agency a) not giving tenants the legally required 24 hours written notice of requiring access to an occupied property and b) letting themselves into properties with a key, just knocking and immediately walking in, or allowing contractors/maintenance operatives do the same?

I use them for this year, and really wish I hadn't.
I've yet to come across your issues, but they are the least helpful bunch you could encounter. They hide behind a telephone they won't answer (and even say so on the website) and don't even acknowledge emails.
If anybody is thinking of using them-don't!
