Has Modern Movie Culture Changed People’s Racial Romantic Preferances?

So I am a British Indian. Born and raised British but I’m brown...blah blah blah
What I’d like to know is. Have modern movies and culture changed peoples racial attraction.
I know that I feel that being Indian makes me less attractive than other people.
In movies, the “good looking characters” (🤮) are always white or black. Less for women but I would still say the same thing happens.
Also, does this change people’s racial romantic attractions, to be predominantly white or black (I know that I personally tend to sway more the the white spectrum. But is that because of the representation of modern culture (and stuff) in movies (and stuff)?
