I want to apply to the Uni of Chester however, I'm not sure how diverse it is. Is anyone aware if they are ethnically diverse?

Go to an open day . Probably not that diverse as Chester is quite affluent. Not as many Chinese students either.

Ask at the society as well.

We're happy to hear that you want to apply to Chester! Have you thought about coming along to one of our Open Days? It would be a great opportunity to get a real feel for Chester, see the campus first hand, and speak to staff and students about your course, the University and the city itself.

With regards to your question, the University has actually recently published a variety of statistics relating to various demographic data, which hopefully gives you an idea of how diverse the wider University is. You can access this here. Along with all other Universities in the country, we’re also committed to various activities designed to widen participation in terms of those students who come from any under-represented groups, further information can be found here.
