It's done. No regrets.
But if you've not done something you can't possibly always know the eventual outcome so it can be regrettable. How can you have known what it could've led to or what could've happened?
I'm sure there are good famous quotations for this but basically-
Do it.

'tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all
What I have done. Looking back over the past and remembering the way you handled certain situations and physically cringing is the worst feeling lol.

I regret all past present and future
I don't have that many major regrets in life but the biggest one that comes to mind is something that I didn't do (as opposed to did do!) 
Definitely regret what I did more than what I didn't do and that is wasting time on people who don't deserve it.
