Civil service pros/cons
Hi everyone,
I have lurked on the CS FS thread and saw lots of people posting who already work for the civil service. I was wondering from anyone who works/has worked in civil service at any grade - what would you say are the best and worst bits of the job?
The GSS seem to be doing a recruitment drive currently and I believe I meet the criteria for Higher Statistical Officer but I had not previously thought of applying to this kind of job so I am interested in opinions from current civil servants...
