Human geography

I have a geography question worth 20 marks. Can someone please help me? Unequal power relations enable some states to drive systems to their own advantage and directly influence geopolitical events. Assess the extent to which you agree with this statement?

I'm sorry I can't help with exactly what to write I haven't learnt this, I'm in my last year of GCSE Geography but I know (I think I know) that you need to either decide whether you agree or disagree (for or against) and then give information on why but you should also show that you see both sides of the statement to get more marks (I mean that is what my teacher tells me) I hope this helps : )
