Depends on the guy, really.
see how he is with others. if he treats his friends the same as he's treating you, he's just being nice. of he's being extra teasy or compliments you a little and goes easier than he does with others, it might be a sign he likes you. You could also ask one of his friends, we guys tend to be pretty oblivious to signs so chances are he hasn't noticed if he has feelings for you, just see how it goes. good luck.
