What to do after BTEC IT Level 3 extended diploma

Hi, I finished a BTEC Level 3 extended diploma and IT, have 3 GCSEs (not including maths) and what I wanted to do was an apprenticeship, but most of them or at least all of the ones I've seen required 5 GCSE or more, so even if I had achieved maths which I am planning to resit, but do not want to take a whole year just for that, I would still not have 5 GCSEs, I as well have a level 2 maths functional skills and the thing is I do not want to go to university. I don't know what to do or who to ask, but I made the mistake of staying in a job I got in summer until now and want to study or do something that will help me in my career long term. I am 19 by the way. any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated.
