what should I be aiming for at AS?

If entry requirements at uni vary from A*AA-ABB, what should I be aiming for in my AS exams (minimal, at least)

Personally, I think you should he aiming for the grade boundaries for the universities you are looking at, or one grade below. This shows you have the ability to get these grades.

If I were to get BBB, is there a possibility of being predicted AAA? (obviously it’s up to my teacher, but does that sound unrealistic?)

Yes absolutely, speak to your teachers about where you want to go and im sure they will predict you it as they will want you to get in where you want to go
