don't look as heavy as i weigh. i look about 11 stone tops. and can run faster than most of my weight. nobody takes my weight seriously until i am playing against them at rugby when i run through straight through them... tis great being heavy and looking not as heavy...

God half the people on here sound so slim! I'm 5ft 1ish and 8st 2lbs.....have lost nearly a stone and a half n might try n lose a little bit more after Xmas. Or just do some exercise as opposed to none at all!

My weight seems to fluctuate around the 8 stone 12 to 9 stone 4 area. After holidays/ christmas/ birthday/ Easter it rockets, and then falls.

well all i know is that my weight at start of term was 9stone, and i'm about the same height as you, and i was on the line between "normal range" and "underweight". I think that about 10.5 stone is average for our height

how are you supposed to find out if you are the right weight if you know what your height is? :confused:

9st 7 = 60.82 kg
BMI = 18.3
i.e. underweight!

I really wish that i could look at some scales and see myself as 8st, of course it would mean that i was very ill and/or anorexic but it would still be nice :redface:
