I think you are insane

When u read that do you think COMPLIMENT or INSULT? This was posted on one of those “crush” Facebook pages - (J.T I think you are insane).
By compliment I mean could it mean “insanely pretty” or something
I know a crazy guy who used to call me “insane” and said “ I love crazy girls” and more recently “you’re ducked in the head”. Maybe it could be him ?

It's meant in the same way that a girl means if she says "oh I'm so random haha" (but obviously nowhere near as cringe as the latter).
