I am interested in pharmacy at the University of Manchester but how can i find out whether they have accepted student with lower grades in the past?

Yes its possible. Unis can lower, hold the requirement or even increase the required grades.

The average student for this course gets BBB.

You'll just have to wait for Manchester to publish the clearing requirements to find out what they want.

Yes, most unis publish the requirements on their website a couple days before results day (they normally need to wait & see how current cohort of firm offer holders have done before they set this).
