Hey there,
So I wanted to know why guys have it hard to express themselves and to communicate. I have always dated guys (90% of the time) who are able to talk about anything BUT feelings. What's up with them ?

As a young Male I think it because I don't want to express my self or rather don't feel like it most of the time whether that due to society tell me to be emotional less due to me being a man and it because a common narrative or me just be comfortable not expressing my self I don't know. Tho it feel very awkward when i try it . Sometimes I realise that someone had a bad day i you can't hug them cause i didn't know how to .which makes me feel power less but that my view on it.
