Does it matter if you fail AS level(year 1 ) but pass A level (year 2)

Does it matter if you fail AS level(year 1 ) but pass A level (year 2) ?

I'm pretty sure AS levels are what get your your original university offers. So yeah I think so. Not an expert though, covid means mines based from a mock I do next week.

If it hasn’t changed. AS Levels are used to make A2 predications. If you can’t convince the A2 predictions you want for your chosen courses, you’ll have to wait a year or use extra/clearing/adjustment if you do get the grades.
