Extenuating circumstances UCL applications

Hi, I'm applying to UCL for law this October and and unfortunately experienced some adverse circumstances in y12. This meant that I underperformed at AS, though my grades improved significantly during year 13.
However, these AS grades still need to be declared and naturally do not reflect very well on me, and I would like UCL to be aware of the context surrounding these grades when considering my application.
Does anyone know how I should go about declaring these extenuating circumstances? Thanks
hope you get an answer, I’m in the same situation but with my GCSE results

This would need to go on your UCAS reference, not PS or directly to UCL.
