civil service land registry, coventry

Hi, i just been on RO interview at HM Land Registry . There were 17 positions and i have reached the minimum requirements and placed on reserve list for 12 months. Just wondering what are the chances of being offered a job in 12 months. My total score is 33 and i know someone who sckred 38 has is kne of 17 applicant to get a job.
