They claim not in this case...just internal copying and reposting of content on another server by registered users, though wat difference that makes to the end result I am not sure...

That seems a good takedown rate compared with others...but still like everything about OF lol it's like King Knut and the tide...25pc is still a massive amount of content and anyway it gets rehosted on mirrors before it's taken down. Whack a mole!
