Replacement Tenant
I just wanted to know how long does it take to find a replacement tenant to take over my contract for my student accommodation. Since I've transferred Uni's the money that I'm getting from Student Finance is considerably less that it was before, and I won't be able to make the full payment of my accommodation that I signed previously, if I don't find a replacement by the end of the academic year.
