I'm in Edinburgh right now sorry - if you look at the "60 support team members" link there should be an up to date list of the team (I can't see what forum this is from the app)

Have put this in the main Cam forum.

To add my own 2p, bigger colleges will have more people so will, strictly, have more diversity (in most senses of the word). Also because all colleges are small by non-Cambridge standards, one year's cohort can differ quite a lot from the next in its makeup. I know, for example, that I got on better with the intake in the year below me than I did with my own year.

It's also worth pointing out that lots of socialising takes place with friends from other colleges, in subject-based friendship groups and via sports and societies!

The Cambridge University Alternative Prospectus may be of use to you perhaps?!
