So lonely

I don’t know why I feel so empty
what are you looking forward too in the next few days?

i had a block of weeks where i felt the same, didnt even listen to music

maybe try some self care, clean your room organise some stuff, do an at home workout, make a nice meal
little goals everyday can get you out of it x

might sound silly but write your feelings down. just write down any thought that comes up and keep on writing whatever pops up in your head. i did this few minutes ago and i feel a bit more lighter

I’m going on holiday with my parents soon.

I do try and have good days but then I end up feeling like this again :frown:

Not silly at all. I have a journal and I write in it all the time. Rereading just makes me feel worse about myself.
