Nutritional and Medical sciences

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone currently on this course could give me a little help as to what kind of things they included in their personal statement (extra-curricular activities, career goals)? Also, do you think mentioning my clinical placement as a former nursing student could be included somehow (I am aware this is not a clinical course). Any help is appreciated!

One more thing.....am i correct in thinking that the offer is given without an interview?
