If I didn't do Physics A level, can I not do Physic related courses at University?

I do Economics, Mathematics and Psychology in Year 12 however I have recently found out I want to pursue math and cosmology while I have been progressing on my EPQ, is there anything I can do to pursue Physics other than redoing Year 12?

I think it depends on the university you are wanting to attend, but I do know some that does allow you to take some.
Yes - there are foundation years for people in your position. Southampton have one for example.

Sorry for bothering you again, but are postgraduate degrees worth it? I was looking at the foundation year but I do not want to fall behind, if I did an undergraduate in mathematics, would I be able to do a postgraduate degree in astronomy? Are postgraduate degrees valued?

"Valued" by whom? By definition, postgraduate degrees are highly specialised. If you're doing a postgrad in an academic field like cosmology then it's usually because you want to end up as a researcher in that field. Sometimes people who are already in employment do a vocational postgrad as part of their career development - e.g. an MSc in Healthcare Management for someone already in a junior management position in the NHS.

But a postgrad degree per se won't make you more employable necessarily, although obviously you earn respect for taking your studies to a higher level.

Honestly, thank you so much, I genuinely needed this advice, I just got told by my progress mentor that I would be allowed to restart my Year 12 year and do an extra year at college, this means I would be able to do Physics A level and be able to do Astronomy as an undergraduate degree, do you think this is worth it in your personal experience? Because I do really want to continue education in a postgraduate degree because of the debt.

Well - postgrad degrees can be worthwhile - in particular if its something you enjoy and might help you progress to phds or research positions if that appeals at the time. I suspect there would be options for postgrad astrophysics courses with a degree in maths - but worth checking. Also - when looking at universities look for courses which offer embedded masters (such as MMath degrees) where you can do an extensive project in the final year.
