Placement year/ Post study jobs for Data Science

I recently applied to NTU for the MSc Data Science course. I noticed they have a placement option and will like to find out more about it. Are there students who have successfully gone for their placement year? Was the university helpful when they were looking or placements?

How about job prospects after school? Has any recent graduate started work in Data Science after graduating from NTU?
