This is a weird story need a bit of advice

so to start this story back in January we got a new teaching assistant in my class who I don’t think has had much experience in working as a teacher and she is about 30. To cut to the story me and her got on very well and we talk about loads of stuff in the class and then one day I was telling her about my travel page on tiktok so she added me on her business page and from there it went to messaging her every day on tiktok to adding her personal and business Facebook and Instagram accounts to messaging her now on messenger daily and helping her out with some maths homework for her daughter and also now I’m her employee because I showed her my video editing skills and she offered me a job. I know it’s a bit of a weird and me and her both know it’s morally wrong doing this but we are both now put in a difficult position
