Looking for a housemate for next year (Liverpool)

I and my friend are trying to find a house in Kensington, Liverpool for next year. I am graduating this year and my friend is in his 4th year of university so we are open to both students and graduate students.

We are looking to live in a house over summer (4 bed) with a maximum budget of £110 pw, where another person is staying over summer and moving out before September (I will be taking over their room or we will find someone else to do so).

We haven't decided on a house yet, but we're always up to meeting and showing you the properties we're thinking of.
