I don't know how serious this is, but how do you respond to a guy telling you his height.
I asked his height and he responded with just his height. Do I ignore it? Or do I respond, if so how?

You asked a question and he answered it. Not sure what more you expected. Ignoring him would communicate, "you're not tall enough, sorry."
Maybe respond with your own height?
