I am unable to use Microsoft Visual Code's pypi pip install metaapi-cloud-sdk command

Hi all, I'm using the pip install metaapi-cloud-sdk that I downloaded from PyPI, and I want to use MetaApi, so I'm not clear why I can't install it. The error still happens despite my attempts to move the files into the directories and to shift the directory in the terminal to the folder containing Python.
