Photosynthesis Q biology

Help! I don’t understand why the markscheme says for part c the part I circled in red.

Because from 15-30 there is an increase in photosynthesis so how is there an increase in respiration from 15-40 degrees c.
And as temp increases sugar is produced from 15-30 so how is sugar broken down??

for d you can clearly see that the amount of CO2 produced from 15-40 is increasing therefore the rate of respiration is increasing. for e as temperature is increasing the rate of respiration is increasing and we know that in respiration we are breaking down glucose and other sugars for energy, therefore as the amount of co2 produced increases, rate of respiration increases and so amount of sugar broken down increases
