EBay seller fraud
Hi guys I just wanted your opinion on this matter I purchased hair extensions from eBay and received the item nothing is wrong with it however I did need it anymore and sent it back the seller wants to give me a partial refund on the basis that the item is defective however I HAVE IN NO WAY DAMAGED THE ITEM And have only opened the sender postage plastic part if you get what I mean the item has not been removed out of it orginial form is it wrong for me to ask for a full refund back consider I sent it back the day after I received it.
