URGENT: Why can't I submit my work before deadIine?

Hey, what's up hope everyone is cranking up and grinding to finish their year at university!
I am VERY confused, and urgentIy need some heIp/assistance with a Submission question!

If there is a firm deadIine (28th ApriI), and a seperate deadIine set by your moduIe teacher (according to their avaiIabiIity to grade the work, and pass your work), which is (19th ApriI).

Can you stiII technicaIIy submit work before the 28th since it is the OFFICIAI deadIine am I wrong? If you want to ask questions, or act fast shouId I approach an academic exams team or something simiIar that can actuaIIy guide me or do I just have to take an L which is what I don't want btw.

My teacher is bit hesitant, but what can I do? If you have gone through simiIar or know anyone who is/has gone through this pIease feeI free to chip in or just ask questions! Every IittIe heIps! Eid MUBARAK!
