A-level Geography NEA

I'm in yr12 and am about to start planning for my NEA, however i am not 100% sure on what i should do, i was thinking to do something around coastal flooding and defences. I would appreciate if anyone had some ideas or questions to do with this topic area.

You could do

1. to what extent did the coastal management help the coastal physical environment?
2. to what extent did the coastal management bring socioeconomic benefits to the coastal community?
3. overall, to what extent was the coastal management successful (refer to cost benefit analysis, environmental impact assessment)
