How do I write a grade 9 essay? (GCSE English Lit)

I take Romeo and Juliet, Jane Eyre, Inspector Calls, and Power and Conflict: whenever I write an essay, it always gets capped at around 22/23 marks and I think the main problem is my structure/language analysis, but I'm not sure how to actually improve: would anyone be willing to provide a full marks/grade 9 GCSE essay as an exemplar I can look at?
