hi so yesterday I came over my bf and we did ykyk and i was grinding on him, with just my panties on, a little moist and my bf has precum , and my flo app said my period supposed to start yesterday and usually its right but i still dont have my period yet, its been only one day but im really concern, should I take plan B? if yes is there any plan B thats dont cost too much? Also I been eating a lot of those korean spicy noodles lately and wonder is it because of that is what makes my period late , idk. help pleas
