Hi, I'm an applicant from Canada. I've just received a conditional offer from Msc Transport Planning indicating the min. GPA of 3.0. However, my final GPA would be 2.98. I wonder in this case if I will still receive an unconditional offer.
Well, I'm afraid they would 'cause they said min. it has to be 3.00. But some universities might. The best thing you can do is to contact the university's admission team.
