Gcse revision

I crammed for my mocks and did well (got all 7s and above apart from maths) but now I’m stressing about actual gcses as I’ve left it to last minute as always, I would say I know content for all subjects somewhat well but is it still possible to maintain the all 7s and above with last minute revision?
