There is quite a bit of stats in undergrad psychology, so perhaps you could lean into that with optional module selection.
Whatever you choose make sure to apply for internships, work experience etc during the degree rather than waiting til you finish.

its true psychology will not get you a decent job but a quants degree will e.g. Maths. Some unis offer maths and psychology joint degrees. Worth considering.
