Do you have any ideas for something quick to prepare and good to eat during lunch?
Easy to prepare and pack in advance: - Pasta – e.g. pesto pasta, tuna pasta - Couscous or rice, with a bit of protein and veg - Sandwich/wrap/bagel
If you have access to a kitchen during lunch: - Soup (good for making a big batch and then heating a bowlful each lunch), with bread - Toast and eggs, maybe avocado toast and eggs (or swap the toast for a bagel or something) - Jacket potato, baked beans and cheese - Beans on toast
And whatever else you fancy on the side – crisps, cheese, veg, fruit, yoghurt, cereal bar etc.
